Great vitamins. Pills are a little larger than average for those who have trouble swallowing bigger pills. Not an issue for me so these are great. Take them daily and definitely have noticed the benefits after a few weeks of consistently taking.

All the vitamins are stuck together and couldn’t get them out of the bottle. There was one or two that broke lose and they were so hard.
