The unit looks gorgeous, arrived brand new.I had previously purchased one on Black Friday but on Cyber Monday the price dropped another $100 but since Amazon does not do price adjustments and there was no way to cancel the initial order, they had me begin a return and reorder w/the newer price.Purchase also included a "Free" 4-in-1 Multi Battery Charging Hub as part of the Cyber Monday/BF deal.***EDIT: After a purchasing issue I was immediately contacted by support and they have rectified the situation. That is what support is about!Appreciate that they took the time to reach out and go above and beyond. MUCH appreciated and look forward to creating some fantastic vids w/ this beast. Autel will doesn't care about their customers.
I sent an email to support about my brand new Evo 2 Pro behaving erratically. They told me I crashed it, which was a lie, and then seemingly blocked me. I sent them a single, civil email outlining flaws with the drone and they immediately abandoned me as a customer.
