They are a typical supplement capsule. I'd say about 3/4" long by 1/4" wide. Not hard to swallow.

What is the percentage of each of the 3 magnesium ingredients? Seller, please answer this.

It has only 400 mg it says this on the label there is no brake down of each one on the label it shows this in the pictures posted on here along with the product

Excellent product

Easy to swallow, easy to digest, good price for the product. Magnesium also helps with digestion and the processing of other supplements, and can be a mild sleep aid. We all use it so this is a good sized bottle too.
