What is the top right electrical plug (green connector) for? Rear latches dont come with that

Does it work for key less entry? 2000 silverado. with the key fob original on truck?

Amazon is saying this park is compatible with a 1999 GMC Sierra. Is that true?

Very happy with price

Part was a little different than original but function and fit exactly the same. Took about 20 minutes to install. Fixed all my related electrical issues and seems to work well. Cannot rate over long term durability but very happy with price compared to locally sourced prices here.

It Fits but not the same as stock

Latch seems to be okay quality wise. However, it is designed different from stock. The way they have made the keyless entry/lock it is not possible to engage the lock when the door is open. So if you want to use the lock button on the door before you close it you cannot. You can only lock the door with the key fob. This is a deal breaker for me and I will be returning the latch.
