Overall a great departure from existing workbooks
Such a great resource for recovery. This workbook does an awesome job of de-centering thin/white/cis/wealthy women in the recovery conversation and getting to the root of what makes recovery so difficult for people who are recovering in diverse bodies and life situations. The only thing I’d love to see in the future is more interaction opportunities with the content & page numbers so it’s easier to follow along.

Perfect blend of Intutive Eating, HAES, and social justice approaches
I utilize this book in my body image support group, and find it to be incredibly helpful. I have been looking for a workbook that combines intuitive eating and health in every size with a social justice approach for quite some time, and this one is it! Highly recommend.

This book provides a beautiful, nurturing, 360 view of our nervous system, mind and body!!! It’s a very fresh perspective on understanding why we feel the way we do about our bodies and think the way we think about our bodies. It is inclusive and affirming in every way.
