Review: Good quality but expensive. - My physical therapist had one of these. I'm not sure if it was the same brand, but it was very similar. The quality is excellent. I use this to balance and rehab after a torn meniscus (no surgery). It really helps. I use it with shoes on for convenience, but it would be better to use it with socks or barefoot. It's held up fine wearing shoes. I was going to buy the XL because I wear size 11 shoe but decide on the smaller pad. The smaller pad is more than sufficient. I stand on one leg at a time. It's a bit expensive for what it is. It's hard to find anything comparable though.
