Chrome Billet Custom Headlight 5-3/4" Tri-Bar Compatible with Harley Chopper Bobber Motorcycles Tribar

I put this on my 2008 Thunder Mountain Cycles Firestone’s custom Motorcycle. I put in a 5 3/4” LED headlight. Works great and looks fantastic.

this headlight is a beautiful bucket. that being said the light unit inside is a piece of spray painted 3d printed looking plastic with a segmented heavy mylar backing and a 3 point that rests on the top of an H4 bulb,Knowing how hot those bulbs get i would be surprised if the light would not burst into flames on a long ride but i did not buy it for the bulb anyway. I wanted a clean deep chrome bucket to mount on my springer. i had to get a bracket to extend it out a bit because the light is 2" more back heavy than the stock springer light. the bucket is aluminum cast with a show chrome finish. the headlight bezel has a set screw on the bottom and locks the headlight in with 2 threaded rings. you will need to be careful on placement into this bucket because there is no keyed notch to setup the bulbs placement correct.

Poor quality chrome . Chrome has multiple spots bubbling up . Other than that seems to be ok .

I don’t know if it’s a one off but the quality of the product is very cheap you can see the casting lines under the chrome about the light for a $60,000 custom chopper I wouldn’t recommend it After two weeks it damn near caught my motorcycle on fire When I went to check the lightbulb that was blown out and the cover on the lightbulb was laying in the bottom all the parts were unscrewed and shorting out the electrical system

Looks like a 200.00 headlight. Had to change mounting bracket to fit my bike.
