A great book for beginners and Advanced Potters!
From my standpoint as an intermediate Potter, this is what you call an exhaustive discuss of a topic. The author is no doubt a veteran potter, and he put his many years of experience in this little book. So there is a lot of information crammed into its pages. It covers just about everything you may need or want to know about pottery from its history to the various styles of pottery, to the problems that you could encounter while learning and making pottery. Interestingly it guides you through the process of selecting your purchasing your equipment and on a more positive note; it had a lot of advice for intermediate potters and potters of all skill levels.I give it five stars for being so informative and visual.

Makes art of pottery becomes a hobby at first sight!
Well-written and detailed-oriented book that makes the art of pottery a hobby at first sight! This book is coming from an author with many years of experience and his story tells it all! Anazing details, step-by-step instructions on how to make pottery, I could have not ask for anything more from this book. This is a prime source of knowledge for Beginners with useful links to videos published by the author himself. What else could someone ask for who would like to learn pottery. This is a must buy if you are seriously interested in pottery. You just cannot go wrong! Bravo to George and Efthymios Sifounios! This book is a true masterpiece!!

This Is Not a Real Instruction Book
I’m not sure WHAT this book intends to be, but it is nothing but filler garbage that goes on and on and on… This pic being upside down was the final straw that made me quit scrolling this joke that’s disguised as a book about how to make pottery. It even tells you to find a pottery class! And 30% percent of the way through it’s just then telling you “you will get dirty, so wear old clothes and shoes.” Like, what is this even?!

Reads like a poor Chinese translation
Reads like a poor Chinese translation. Very repetitive. Very little on technique. Reminded me of a fifth grade science report. I can't recommend.
