According to the ingredients on the box there is no caffeine in the ingredients. I love love this product. All 3 citrus flavors and good. Not too tart like other ketones I have bought. Easy to carry with you anywhere. Just add to whatever you are going to drink, shake or water and you are good to go.

Does this help you lose weight.?

By itself no, but combined with drinking ketones and a low carb diet yes it will aid in helping you lose weight. Its a great way to get your electrolytes back into your system as well.
