The product arrived broken and the quality is very poor

Seems to work great on hardwood. It takes a bit of getting used to because it is wiggley. The motion when using is not in a straight line. It easily veers off course.( Why I only gave it 4 stars) Have not tried it on carpet. The head (purple part) is quite soft and plush. No scraping on the floor which is why we got rid of the Dyson one.

Works really well for my flooring floor room. Only concern is noise. It seems noisy compere with original but overall, I am feel ok to use it.

The head works okay and the vacuum is successfully cleaning the house… however, the head is very flimsy meaning that it is not stiff enough to vacuum the couch or the stairs without feeling like you’re trying to wrangle a wild animal. Even just vacuuming a straight path on the floor you have to fight to keep it straight. Kind of like when the alignment is off on your car. Anywho, it work if you don’t wNt to fork out the money for a “Dyson” official one but I was inspired to just by a new Dyson after trying this.

Not a fan of my Dyson at all. At least with this attachment it enables Dyson to pick up chunks like cheerios. I'd recommend.

Le compartiment-réservoir qui contient l’eau tombe sans arrêt et n’est pas optimal. Peu importe comment il est placé, il ne s’installe pas correctement sur la vadrouille et ne tient pas en place. De plus, le système d’égouttement de l’eau n’est vraiment pas optimal non plus. Je vous suggère de vous promener avec votre pulvérisateur de produit nettoyant pour planchers à la place. La rotation des vadrouilles est les tampons sont bien donc c’est pourquoi le produit mérite 3*. Sans ça, je ne vous recommanderais pas l’achat.
