Good easy to use, good controls and connectivity

These headphones were great for a couple of weeks, excellent battery life and sound was decent too, but now they don't charge, tried them of all manner of cables but they just don't charge...

Description states 20 hour playtime. On more than one occasion these have been fully charged, and then used to listen to a handful of songs, before being turned 'off' to conserve the battery. When switched back on the following day the low battery warning alarm sounds. The battery indicator shows a power level of around 20%. At this rate of power discharge, I doubt they would last a full album let alone the claimed 20 hour.Not impressed.

Product's volume started decreasing after just two weeks of use. I can now barely hear any music when using outdoors. I've turned off the absolute volume control on my android phone but it has not made a difference. I want to return this product but Amazon is not offering such an option on the 'Return or orders' page.
