I had been experiencing neck ache in bed and my better half suggested that I really should get a decent pillow. So I did and glad I did so. When I first used the pillow I tried the higher side first but to my surpriseI found the lower side better. The manufacturers say it will take a few days getting used to it and they were right but itFeels really comfy now, and my neck is pain free. A good price too!

Since using this pillow my quality of sleep has improved a lot and snoring has also been reduced. The pillow is really comfortable and a pleasure to sleep on. Arrived well packaged and sprung into shape very quickly and is a good size. There was no smell. A standard pillowcase can also be used with it. Have also found it quite cooling. Overall, very impressed! Great whether sleeping on side or back.

This made my neck worse than it was

I've used orthopaedic foam pillows for many years, it was time to replace my old one, I decided to go with a different brand. So glad I did, this pillow is wonderfully comfortable, supportive, yet soft, full size on the bed. A really good buy, cheap as well. I have bought two so I have a spare!

Very good for support and pain relief.

You have to let the air get to this to remove the new memory foam smell and it is a little soft, but my neck is less painful and I slept for more than my normal 30 minutes before waking in pain. For so little I gave gained a lot!

I have had a neck problem for several weeks and would wake with stiffness down one side and a sore shoulder. After using this pillow for only two nights my neck and shoulder are a lot better which is surprising.Would highly recommend.
