It's a great product that works. I left the strips on for 2 hours. And my teeth were so white, I decided not to use the light. I drink 3-4 cups of strong coffee everyday, and they are still really white (after one application over two weeks ago). My gums were a little sensitive after 2 hours, but that only lasted a few hours after usage. Just be aware if you leave on more than 60 minutes. Then brush and rinse really good. I use their "brilliance" tooth paste as well.

WORKS GREAT!!! Worth every penny!!! My only con is you cannot do a straight 30days, I got chemical burn from using them for 3-4 days straight and my gums were hurting! These work wonders, I usually don’t use the entire thing as recommended on the box, since my teeth get super sensitive, but just 2-3 days every few months does the job.

DO NOT BUY. Very harsh chemicals, I used once and it stripped all of the skin off of my gums and gave me huge ulcers. The chemical is hydrogen peroxide and is not suitable for putting in your mouth. Avoid at all costs.
