My previous toilet handle broke at the connection joint of the handle. So, here we go ... the product looks pretty sturdy and well made. This offers the impression that it will last for some time. The handle was very easy to install. No problems or complaints here.

After 25 years, the original toilet flusher stick broke and despite my utter lack of handy skills, I was able to replace it myself with this. The included instructions are easy to follow, it fit perfectly into the tank and I was able to alter the chain length and position so the flapper shut properly. From start to finish, it took me about 10 min, it's worked perfectly in the 3 months since and the affordable price is the cherry on top. I definitely recommend this handle replacement and if I can install it by myself, anyone can!

Quality product, easy to install.

Works perfectly for my toilet which may be original to my 1978 house, or not. I’m no plumber and I’ve never done something like this before, but I took a chance that I could do it. Having removed the old broken handle, I was hoping that the new one would follow the same process. It does :) And the opening for the handle is a small square and this fits the small square opening. I had to bend the rod a bit so that it was more parallel to the side (maybe it came that way intentionally). Very sturdy handle. Very happy!

I'm not a plumber, so my terms are most likely not accurate, but this isn't really "universal fit". The long piece that attaches to my actual flusher in my toilet was barely long enough to work. I had to connect it in an unconventional way, but once I did that, it does, in fact work, so it get the job done.

An easy way to fix a broken handle. It worked fine form my old American standard from the 1960's as you can pick which hole you want to run the flush valve chain through. I had to ben the rod due to the shape of my flush vale which was easy and only took a few seconds. The rubber washer on the handle seals correctly and does not leak.

Works well. I had to bend the metal rod to accommodate but it is quite easy to do it.

I followed the directions for a side mount, as per the instructions it stated I had to bend the brass arm but despite that, the range of motion for the handle is insufficient to lift the flapper enough to flush. Tried to return it but it stated that it was ineligible for a return (tried multiple different reasons too). Do not buy this product or any other this manufacturer makes, partly because it doesn't work but mostly because they state a free return but won't allow you to.
