The media could not be loaded. The LifePro foot massager is simply awesome. So easy to use ,and very light. It was packed very securely in the box. Did not have to put anything together. Just plug it in and turn it on. It comes with a hand held remote you can use or you can use the push buttons on the front of the massager. There is a tilt bar you can adjust easily by pushing in on the side knobs to place in a position that is comfortable to use. Also you can adjust it and get a lower leg or forearm massage . The platform has massagers that targets acupressure points in your feet, lower legs and forearms to help with circulation, loosen tight muscle knots and foot pain. How does it feel? All I can say is amazing. My husband saw me talking it out of the box and immediately wanted to use it. All I heard was a big sigh and he said this is nice. The booklet has easy to read instructions and you can register it for lifetime warranty. I give it an A+++++++. I had looked at several before getting the LifePro Massager and hands down it is the best. We both work all day on concrete floors and we both at the end of the day have aching tired feet and legs. Now we get home and enjoy the LifePro massager while watching TV and winding down for the day. The machine works well but doesn't have all features described. There is only one heat setting it's either on or off. You can't tell a difference whether it is on or off there is no heat coming from it. Other than that it does give a good massage. It is a little painful, I like it, however my husband does not. So it will be based on your preference. Also there isn't much control over the settings. You can change the direction and speed, and there are 3 auto settings. Also the remote doesn't work well. You have to have it right at the machine for it to work so it is easier to just use the machine itself.

I say it's painfully helpful. Have a lot of issues with my feet and would love to be able to see a reflexologist daily but that's not possible so this was my alternative. When my feet are really tender it kinda hurts but after some massage they actually feel better, you can position your feet so it's less pressure. I have neuropathy in my feet so I don't feel a lot of heat with the heat on, I wish it was a little warmer. I like the fact that you can change the time, it'll only go up to 30 minutes but it'll let you turn it back on and go to 30 minutes again. You can change the direction of the massage, it feels like it hits different areas when you change the direction. It has different settings but I tend to change it to manual so it just goes continuously for the time I have it set. Not a cheap purchase but if you compare to reflexologist then it's a deal. I think I read that you could use on your calves, unless you have really skinny legs and a really high pain tolerance, I wouldn't recommend.

I start with 15 minutes then 15 more with heat. I can wear my shoes with no pain. See no swelling.

I bought this product September 2nd and it has already malfunctioned and broke while in use. The return window is only 30 days so I tried contacting the manufacturer and have heard nothing so far. Within the time I've had it I've only used it maybe 8 times after really hard days at work. I always used it properly and it still malfunctioned and broke. I had my feet in it and it started making a grinding noise then stopped moving but continued the grinding noise. I tried turning it off and unplugging it to get it to work and it's just done. Super disappointed and lesson learned. I ignored the bad reviews on this item because there also seemed to be a good amount of good reviews as well. Now I'm not exactly sure what to do with it. I don't have the box anymore and can no longer return it but I don't want to throw it out because for me this was a bigger purchase because of price. I don't think it's fixable either just all around upset and disappointed.
