Das Din (Hindi Edition)

Our toddler loves the interactive features of this boardbook - especially the owl moving the spoon with the medicine on the fifth day. There are other pages with pull tabs and lift flaps to keep the interest level elevated until the end of the book. Kudos to @T4Tales and Pridhee for increasing the quantity of children's Hindi books on the global marketplace.This book wraps counting numbers from 1 to 10 around a story of a lion prince's recovery from a fever. It has both Hindi in Devanagari (देवनागरी ) script and transliteration in Roman script. Unfortunately, it does not have an English translation. The boardbook is quite durable with beautiful, bright illustrations. The book is written in a poetic verse so there are some small grammar errors, but it keeps the kids engaged through the interactive elements.Overall, the book is a nice addition to the bedtime reading library. The author personally reads the book herself on a short youtube clip titled : "Das Din by T4Tales, by Pridhee Kapoor Gupta".

This was a gift for a friend's toddler and he loved it right away! All the pull tabs and turn flaps making it an interesting, interactive read.The text is both in Hindi(देवनागरी script) and English. Good buy !

My 11-month old loves books...literally to shreds and I've had to buy a second to replace the first. She loves pulling the flaps on this book and listening to her grandparents read it to her over Skype (the rhymes make it easy to memorize). I just had to replace it! There aren't many Hindi board books - this one is wonderful.

My son (2 yo) loves this book. It is written in hindi and is written in a very simple language. This is my son's favorite book to read. He has already memorized the book, loves the flaps and beautiful illustrations in the book. My son loves this book! All the pull the tabs, open flaps everything! When I was deciding to buy this book I remember not liking that there weren’t any pictures to see so I’m gonna include some with this review. After this book I bought more from Pridhi - absolutely worth it!

I wish there were more books like this in Hindi. The pictures are cute and well illustrated. The book tells the tale of a little lion prince recovering from a cold while counting days. It has Hindi sentences in Devanagari script accompanied by English transliteration. The pop up and pull out features add a lot of interest for toddlers. Our toddler loves this book and has read it over and over again. The boardbook quality is on par with your regular high quality English language board books, which often is rare to find in Hindi books for kids (most of them are either paperback or hardcover or low quality board books).

What a joy to find a sweet little Hindi board book for toddlers! The story in Das Din (Ten Days) is about a sick little lion and the things that happen to him before he gets better. It's written in simple Hindi verse and the text is printed in Devanagri as well as Romanized, transliterated Hindi for those who speak but do not read the language. The illustrations are really charming - with flaps in the book that children can pull to animate the story. A real winner for parents who want to find quality bedtime Hindi resources.

Yet another book review from the amazing @t4tales . Literally the name Das Din is a story of 10days which revolves around a cub who has fall ill and is on a path of recovery. It’s a rare find and a treasure because you generally wouldn’t find books that have Hindi and English transliterations. It’s a board book therefore safe in the hands of our little ones. This particular book is full of interactive elements that keeps the child engrossed and entertained. .I keep falling in love with the books that Pridhee writes. She has so intelligently woven the beauty of our mother tongue and poetic verse into this little book.

Good book for the kids who doesn’t know how to read devnagri. As the story is written in devnagri and in Hinglish. Makes it easier to read. Hard pages with some pull out cut outs in the book. Overall decent. Found it a bit pricey

What a delightful read! I bought Dus Din and Gol Mol Bol for my 14 months old and he absolutely loves it! Thank you T4Tales for publishing such a fun, high quality hindi books for children. The poetic, sing song style of narration and high quality visual, keeps kids and parents both engrossed . In fact, i am getting couple of more copies to gift friends and family kids . I would highly recommend this for 0-5 year kids.

My son loves this book so decided to buy it as an Xmas gift for a friend's son. However I just saw that it is RS150 cheaper on another website, I should have gotten it from them instead.Would have given 5 stars if the price was the same. I feel a bit cheated.
