L&L SKIN Facial Massager, Face Neck Massager with Hot & Cold Modes for Wrinkles

I bought this item for $150 during Prime deals & it worked great until for some reason it would begin to work for about a minute then cut off. I assumed it need to be charged even though it turned on … it would just stop after a very short time so I figured it needed a charge. Nope. It wouldn’t take a charge & never worked correctly again. I only used it maybe 2 months max before this happened. I would never recommend this item.

I have had this massager only for a short time, so I cannot speak to its long-term benefits. However, I can tell you that it is a quality product that is easy to use. When I received the massager, it was obvious that I was sent a product that had been returned. It was missing items from the box and the cold function was not working properly. I contacted the seller and they sent out a replacement unit immediately and I had a new massager within 2 days. The new massager works great. Great to know that the company takes care of its customers, especially when the item costs a pretty penny.

This product was great to use in the beginning but did not even last a full year.

I've been using this for about a month now and love it. It's super easy to use and the charge lasts forever so I just keep it on my coffee table and use it at night when I'm watching TV. It fits perfectly in your hand and you can either pull it across your skin or push it. You need to be sure you have a cream or serum on your face so that this can glide across your skin easily -- otherwise, it will pull on your skin and that's not good at all. I just do my nighttime skin routine and then add an extra layer of a hyaluronic acid serum I like. Basically, you want extra product on the skin for this to glide over, but you don't need a specific product. I especially like to use this after I've put on a face mask and then use the leftover serum from that to use with this.The massager is very easy to use as it only has three settings: normal, cool and hot. The normal is just massage, the cool adds a cooling feel and the hot setting adds heat, but not so much that it's uncomfortable. You can cycle through all three, but I prefer to use the massage first, then heat, and then the cool last so that my face isn't hot. The hot setting isn't very hot but it does leave my face feeling warm. When you move it across your skin, you will feel a very slight electrical current running through it. I feel more of that on the hot setting. Again, nothing painful, just a slight sensation that tells you it's working. This really seems to help products go deeper in my skin, but I have no way of proving that -- it just feels good. Each setting will run for three minutes and then it will shut off, but you can just turn it back on and keep using it. I use it longer so that I can really spend time on my neck as well. Also, it just feels good on your face.I love that the charging base is small and that the massager just sits in it with nothing to plug into it -- very easy to just set it in the base. And it doesn't take up much space.I can't really see a huge difference in my wrinkles yet, but I do believe that this -- along with some new skincare products I'm using -- is really helping to keep my dry skin more moisturized. I sometimes use it in the morning as well as at night, but I know that it will take a few months before I see any real changes. I will keep using it and update my review if I notice anything big. As for whether it's worth the price, I will say that it's about the same as getting one treatment from a medical spa.
