Versatility / Functionality: can be used as a base in many different sources and is packaged and easy to use single serving pouches. Sodium Content: Very salt out of the pack but that’s not how you’re supposed to use it. Combine it with other ingredients per instructions on package or via recipe cards you’d get from Hello Fresh or Every Plate

These are THE best broth packets. I discovered these when they were used in some mail order food prep kits and went looking for them so I could have some in my pantry. I think they're a little pricey, but the flavor is so good that I keep them on hand. The taste is amazing! Cook a piece of meat, pour a packet of the broth into the skillet with a small pat of butter and you have an amazing sauce. If your soup needs a bit of pizazz, pour a packet in and you won't be able to stop eating! I understand these are good for hikers, as you can mix the packets with water and drink them. I haven't tried that but I'll bet it's good. Love these packets.

I’m surprised more people don’t know about these bullion packets. I use them for boosting flavor in braised dishes, and for drinking in hot water. It’s one of my secret ingredients. Adding a chicken packet to a beef dish brings out the beef flavor more than just using beef. These have true flavor unlike traditional bullion cubes that are mostly salt with some off aftertaste.

Oh I love these, Both flavors are the Best Broth Concentrate. They are now the only ones I use.

These are just like the broth concentrate we get from Hello Fresh. The broth is thick, not thin and runny like canned or packaged broth, which makes them great for making sauces to pour over meat or vegetables. I do think the per packet cost is a little high for what you get. I did see some reviews about early expiration dates. Thankfully, mine are good for about 18 months.

I used to buy EveryPlate meals & they used these to make a quick sauce for many meals. I have tried another brand but it tasted a lot like dirty kitchen water… These taste AMAZING!!! I keep a box of each on hand to do the same: 1/4 cup of water, one packet, a tbls of butter, s&p, whip to clarify, DONE!
