LOVE how much money I'm saving, using just 3-4 drops per day of the Eidon Ionic Minerals Liquid Iodine Supplement.I had been taking 810 - 1080 mcg per day of iodine via kelp capsules, when I decided to try Eidon Ionic Minerals Liquid Iodine Supplement. Their recommended dose of 1 tbsp (150 mcg) turned out to be a massive overdose. Would have rated it 5 stars if their recommended dose had worked.
