Well I am using this wireless mouse for a very long time and it's working perfectly. Overall the experience is very smooth and it got multiple DPI making it even faster and smoother on bigger screen. If you are doing multiple tasks then it's best wireless mouse in market.

Superb mouse and the price is really nice. Very quiet with a really comfy grip, so good for the hand. Has a button to set the pointer speed and DPi.

We purchased this in Nov this product and after little over a month, the mouse stopped working. Had email to UGreen and they replied promptly and replaced the product.

Bought the mouse a month back. Its super quiet and amazing in every way. The only problem, which is also the biggest problem is that the auto power off is so so annoying, the mouse just goes off every 2 mins or so of not touching it.....then you touch it and the curser stays unresponsive.....after it goes to sleep...it doesn't wake up even after touching it or tapping all the buttons....I have to switch off the switch at the bottom and then on it again to make it work.....and then soon again it goes to sleep. Checked all the settings in the computer that might cause usb devices to sleep to save power and turned them off.....but this mouse just doesn't get it!!! Its an excellent mouse which is ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY! because you will end up buying another out of frustration. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! UGREEN do something with your technologies, we dont want 18 hours of battery life by the product not working!!!

I personally don't want to put forward a review on an UGreen product since its always superb. And this was a grab for that amazing price factor and quality. Be cautious on not losing your USB Dongle and be responsible if so, cause none available I guess which would be a right fit.

UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM Love everything about this mouse, size, comfort, ergonomics, looks, functionalities, etc... However, it does disconnect almost every time laptop sleeps or starts. In the first week, a simple turn off then turn on did the trick. The next week this no longer worked, so had to remove the usb dongle and replug every time. And finally last week, even that doesn't work anymore. The only thing that works now is slamming the mouse hard on the desk (I'm not even kidding), and for some reason that awakens it (?!). Like I said, love everything about the mouse, but I won't buy again once it breaks, which should be sooner rather than later as I have to slam it hard every time I want to start using it. Edit: So UGREEN reached out to me through Amazon to offer me a refund, as they suspect I had a defective unit, despite their rigorous QA process. I was both pleasantly surprised and impressed by this aftersales care that I have changed their rating from 2 to 3 stars. I wish I could give 5 because I truly love the mouse... when it does connect.
