I needed to chew through some 5/8" plate to correct mismatched holes, local carbide burrs were at least $20- apiece. This set fixed my issue, the burr I used [with a Ryobi 18v drill] seems undamaged and ready to go again and I got the entire set-delivered fast- with various shapes and sizes for only a few bucks more than a single one locally!

this works well for what it is designed for and the bits seem pretty good. not super durable but what i would expect for the price. also the case included is nice.

Saved the day. When we used a core bit to drill a 7/8” hole 7” deep into concrete, we discovered that we drilled right around a vertical piece of rebar. We ruined many other bits while grinding away 4 1/2” of rebar. I finally found and ordered these, and one of these bits outperformed any of the others that we had been using. I wish I had found these earlier.

Got a 1/4" die grinder and needed some carbide burrs for small amounts of grinding on steel before welding parts together. The burrs work better than I thought they would. Price was great and I am happy. Would definitely buy them again if I needed more.

These are slightly smaller than 1\4 inch. 6 mm exactly. Which if you have a cheaper die Grinder like I do, They don't hold as secure in the chuck and can wobble if not clamped tightly enough. They work well. Cut quickly but can load up with metal if you're too aggressive with aluminum.

I used three in the set to grind some steel and they performed perfectly. The heads do appear to be brazed, but I had no issues when used in combination with a 3/8 electric drill.
