As a beginner, there wasn't enough instruction. I watched you tube videos on how to. I would say this kit is not for beginners. If you are a beginner spend a little more and get the one with the lamp. I thought the one I had was fine. I still don't know how to use this correctly. There definitely was not enough so solution either..

As a novice to poly nails, I won’t throw too much shade on the product.The colors are pretty, especially the lavender glitter 💜My results were that my natural nail on my index finger was not connected to the newly formed poly which made a gap between the two. I even used the clips to hold the form in place. That’s chalked up to user error.The nails were very sticky, unlike gel nails, even after putting them under the lamp numerous times and wayyy longer than directed. I tried to wipe them with acetone as some nail products require, but it didn’t help.I really want this method to work for me, I may try again and hopefully update with successful results.

I like this poly gel kit, it came with everything I needed to do my nails and for such a cheap cost! Note: You’ll still need a UV lamp and nail drill. I like that the kit came with different color gels. The slip solution does not have a smell so my house didn’t smell like a nail salon. Actually, most of the products didn’t have a strong smell. The only thing I didn’t like about the kit is that the poly gel tubes are really small. I’m not sure how long the tubes will last, but it doesn’t seem to cost too much. I will definitely buy other colors. I just did my nails so I don’t know how well they will hold up. But seems to be pretty strong.

ive had this product for a month. I have never used poly gel before this and wanted to give it a try (please note: i own a UV lamp so I use that instead of sun curing) my first couple of attempts were mediocre, but it was on the nail. I do file it to the shape I wanted. I have short nails and got these so I can stop biting them.The gel is super sturdy and even if there is no nail under the gel, it can hold its own. I have been wearing the same set of nails for 4 weeks now and it does not show any sign of coming off anytime soon. In fact, when I wanted to try a different layer of colors, I sanded the gel slightly off and layered on top of it and it still did not budge. The only thing that sometimes flakes off ever so slightly is the top coat. It is still a good top coat, I just reapply it every other week or when it shows signs of becoming matte or flaked a bit off. (I am also not gentle with my nails at all so the flaking could very much all be my fault).As for the colors, they all show up very well and I love layering them on top of the glittery blue. The color changing green is super cute and the difference in the greens with the temperature is so vivid. Overall, I adore these gels and I can't wait to get more color variations. :)

The kit has a little of everything you need. These are beginner friendly and fairly easy just takes a little practice. This kit has beautiful colors, if you follow directions they come out beautifully.
