Dear, If you don't need to engrave on the front or back, you can type "Leave it blank" and we'll know what you mean.

Hi, When you click on customize it gives you the option of front side and backside . Just fill in the information for the back side . If this doesn’t work maybe just fill in the front side with “ please leave blank “ If this doesn’t work your best option is to contact the seller I hope this helps it is a great product.
