Works great to keep dogs from marking in the house.
Worked great for keeping my dogs from marking up my house. I should have measured a bit better for my pug, as it is a bit smaller than I had anticipated. But, pugs tend to be more rotund, so that was my bad!Super well made and very soft material. The patterns are just as cute as can be!

Great product!!
This may be a product for a certain demographic. Incontinent dog with the skills of Houdini to get out of his belly band. But, I can tell you that this is fantastic. It is soft, comfortable and very effective. I've never seen anything like it. Loved so much that I bought more

He couldn't wiggle out of these
My dog hated any of the belly bands I tried, yes including these, and was able to work his way out of all the other designs except this one. After reading the other reviews, I see I was lucky enough to have ordered the size that fits him, which is of utmost importance I'm sure. My other observation is that when I had the suspenders and velcro attached too tightly, he was able to buck and wiggle until the velcro came apart, and a lot of that was due to the suspenders being TOO TIGHT. When I loosened everything up, but still made sure it was secure, it worked as it is supposed to. And it only took a couple of nights until he finally gave up and is now "used to" the diaper - more or less. My biggest complaint is that the sanitary pads don't stick well to the material. Also, about the velcro placement - I think I agree with another reviewer who said there needs to be a center velcro stip - 3 strips instead of just 2.

Great product
I never write review but had to for this product. My dog lost the use of his hind legs 4 years ago. I’ve tried everything for his peeing from drag bag to male dog diapers. Nothing worked because he drags and the diaper would just slide off. I found this product on amazon and it is amazing. I no longer have to change my mamba throw and shampoo my carpet every other day. I have a small dog and buy medium. It is not water proof, you you have to used something for the pee. I tried women’s depend and maxi pads but my dog got several uti, my vet recommended using newborn diapers and it is cheaper. I buy a 120 count newborn pampers for $30. She also recommended baby wipes and baby shampoo since I have to wash him every other day. If he get diaper rash, I used destin. I would recommend this product for anyone in my situation. Also make sure you seal the Velcro together before you wash it and hang dry them. If you don’t the Velcro last more than 6 months.

Finally, Relief!
We’ve been so frustrated with our youngest family member this year. Finn is two and we suspect is having anxiety being alone all day while we’re at work and has been been urinating around our home. We bought the band wraps but he always find a way out and we then have to search around looking for where he might have peed. We even starting keeping him confined when we weren’t home which was stressing me out because I’ve always been against confining. But this diaper wrap has relieved me of anxiety! I bought the medium and it’s a bit big but I applied an extra strip of cloth for the Velcro to catch on to and it’s fine. It’s very soft and light and I followed the picture advertised and crisscrossed the straps for a secure fit. So far it has not come off. I’ve adjusted the strap a few times, trying to get a comfortable length for all his various body positions.

3 week review... mostly pros, a few cons
I have a 6 lb Chihuahua and ordered a size small. This thing is pretty great. I was so frustrated with our chihuahua getting out of his belly band and peeing in the house. So far, he has escaped twice, but no "accidents". I adjusted the strap and it seems to have solved the problem. The material is soft and seems to be of quite good quality. The strap keeps him from army-crawling out of it, which is what he would usually do with his belly bands. As for the cons... there is not enough velcro so the excess flaps up in the air and he is sometimes able to roll around and get it twisted around himself a little, but the strap prevents too much twisting. I also wish it were just a little bit wider. Sometimes the pads that I purchased get all scrunched and compacted so once he was able to soak it just a little... but much better than soaking the carpet!

Measurements are wrong, but nice product
The Medium I received measured 14 to 20. Returned for small which measured 11.5 to 15.5.Updated: After figuring out how to deal with some of the problems, I bought a second one.The velcro needs a center strip. I bought a velcro loop at Home Depot or Lowes (both carry velcro loops) and now he wears it very well.Suspenders when arranged as shown choked my dachshund badly. I looped the long arm across his back first, behind his leg then up across his chest and back over his shoulder, and that works well.Even with all the "issues" it fits and stays in place better than a simple belly band (with or without elastic).Soft fabric, flexible elastic so it doesn't constrict too hard. Blue bear fabric is very soft and cute.

works ok for our pug with adjustments
Our pug is in an in-between size for this diaper. We bought a large but had to shorten the strap around the neck to its shortest and the diaper wrapped around the waist was almost too large and the velco strips almost didn't connect and left the end of the diaper loose. We then bought a medium and while the strap was okay, the diaper around the waist barely met when pulled tight. I added some extra velcro to the large diaper and now it fastens better and is the main one we use. I think adding a 2 inch extension to medium diaper would make it fit better. We are using a disposable male doggie diaper in-between the dog and this diaper to avoid having to wash it all the time. We are mainly using this diaper to hold the disposable one in place. Using just the disposable one alone never worked as it always slid right off his rear end within minutes.
