Missing parts
I ordered two things so far from Kohler and both boxes are missing parts. This one has no washer or instructions it’s just thrown in the Kohler box. It also has fingerprints all over it before taken out of the box. The photo clearly shows the arm and flange they were not in the box. Just the shower head. I’ve now ordered two and neither have it so the photos are incorrect. So annoying. I’m not ordering another Kohler product.
