I wore this tightly and put my usual swimming cap over the top but my hair still got wet. Wetter than just having worn the cap.

Ear defender doing 50% of the job
I must have an odd shape head or mishap ears, as this ear defender only keeps my right ear water free when swimming. Lets water in the left.

Es buena, aunque tienes que apretarla suficiente para que no entre agua.No me funcionó con goggles, porque se mete agua a los lentes, en mi experiencia.La cierro hacia arriba, para lograr apretarla mejor.Igual uso otras gorras debajo, para evitar se moje mi cabello.
