I took advantage at an Amazon discount to try out this protector. Best decision I've made. This is BY FAR the best phone protector I've had in awhile for a S10+ Samsung phone. It was easy to install and the screen protector comes as part of the kit. Once the phone is wrapped by this, you can easily see nicely it'll be protected. The clear shiny screen projects awesomely, so the phone's screen is perceived as brighter in your eyes: 100% love that! The touch feature on the phone is not degraded by it either. No rear magnet or clip on the back, but I can live without it. Phone feels secure and peetty much water sealed.Great job!

I am giving this product a five star strictly on the Customer Service provided. I purchased this case for my new S10+ after my previous phone bricked. I tested this case and evaluated it for a day or so and found it was not for me in terms of what I was looking for. Overall this case is still good especially for the price compared to other full protection cases. I decided to return the case and contacted the Seller. They were fantastic and responded immediately and gave me a full refund. Again, outstanding Customer Service, thank you!

This case is very nice with edge to edge protection, even when the phone falls the indented edges are perfect falls on flat surface, the included wrist band is also useful for extra protection on accidental drops that may be caused. Waterproof was tested and perfectly maintained the inner case to be dry!Cons:1. The screen can be really hard to type on which can cause you to type a little hard and precise, but on the latest phone update you can activate "Touch Sensitivity" which increases touch sensitivity with a screen protector on.2. Make sure when you take your case off, place the screen with the fingerprint sensor in a dry/dust free area which may interfere with the ultrasonic sensor. Another thing I have experienced is that when the case was off and reinstalled it once again, the fingerprint sensor couldn't read anything, so I had to reset it again in the settings and tested out the theory again and after the reinstall, I didn't need to reset it again. Maybe it will going out on your favor.
