Amazing product!
My son is 5, suspected ADHD. I always dreaded bedtime he wouldn't settle for hours, bouncing on the bed and would never stay asleep wondering downstairs to watch TV in the small hours, singing dancing.....it was exhausting for him and me! I saw these advertised and decided to order on Amazon for next day delivery. We've been using them for a few months now and honestly the difference is huge!! He settles much faster and stays sleeping until at least 6am which for him is amazing 🤩 he gets a fairly decent sleep now and I get some extra time to myself to recharge ready for the next day I did try on our 3yr old who's sleep isn't the best currently but they didn't have the same effect for her. I guess with everything it works for some and not others.

After using these for a week on my granddaughter, they don’t make any difference whatsoever so I won’t be purchasing these again.

Cool product
I’m a grown man but a couple of these actually seems to help on rough nights. Could be placebo effect but I will continue to buy these as long as the formula stays the same.
