Mercer Culinary Chef's Knife, 10 Inch, Ultimate White

It's Amazon's Fault that they don't provide more than 5 star but this Knife is in actual a 7 star knife. It's 10" and its huge for daily works. I personally love huge knives so i bought it. Came Razor sharp Out of the Box. Using it for Quite a Time and still it cuts everything like butter. It chops tomatoes and skin them better than my 2000 bucks Tomato knife. It's a Gem in the kitchen.

Seems OK, sadly it's rusty after 2 goes in the dishwasher.

Handle could be better but very functional. Size can be intimidating if your chopping vegetables. I primarily use it for cutting up steak from a full roast. The 10” blade is perfect, very sharp. Good knife for the price! Update, finally got to test the knife by cutting steaks from a full bone in 18lb rib roast. This knife made it easy cutting through the bark. Of course a boning knife required to maneuver around bones, but this knife is very sharp, comfortable and sturdy. Best value in a knife I’ve experienced.

Llevo años trabajando en cocina y nunca había encontrado un cuchillo con una relación calidad precio tan grande, tiene una retención de filo muy buena para el precio que pagas logrando filos de rasurado sin mucho esfuerzo, sin contar que mantiene el filo por bastante tiempo. El único punto negativo es que el mango es demasiado grueso en la parte más cercana al cuchillo lo que te hace modificar un poco el agarre ya que personalmente me durmió los dedos por la presión.
