Installed this system two years ago to replace a professional subscription-based service from a nationally known corporation.Hands down, this system is superior in every way and we couldn’t be more satisfied.Physical installation was straightforward, and set up was smooth. The ability to grant access via keypad, fingerprint, and/or key fob has been a bonus. I would note that their software is compatible with PC only, and not Mac.Perhaps most impressive is their aftermarket service. The sellers are incredibly responsive over email; not only were they a great help with questions during the initial setup, they continue to answer questions and provide troubleshooting two years on. In a time when most companies disclaim any responsibility to their consumers with a “caveat emptor” attitude, I find their prompt attention to customer concerns both refreshing and praiseworthy.Highly recommended, and based on my positive experience, I would certainly invest in their systems again in the future.

It's a great product. It is being used in a gym right now for members who upgrade to a 24 hour membership. It will pay itself back. If you have any issues contact the seller. They are extremely supportive and will remotely help you and connect the device to the software program.Or youtube or GoogleCmd promts likeipconfigarp -anetstat -aBut if you don't feel comfortable the seller will do a TeamViewer call and set it up for you quickly. I was more impressed by the customer service.

Excellent system!We installed it at the beginning of August 2018 and have not had any issues since installation - over 20 users.I recommend direct wiring the system on a table using the great videos and instructions before going live to insure you have set up the software interface and access correctly.Support via e-mail was very responsive.We are using the fingerprint, chip and keypads - user has three choices when accessing the device - all three work well.The system is being used to control lobby door access only.I highly recommend this product!

I installed this fingerprint reader for a client it works great lots of features and included accessories works greatand I got great support with installing the management software on the computer in a timely manner from the supplier.Five Stars.
