I bought these to replace my 2010 Volvo valve stem caps. I wanted to show the difference between the original Volvo parts and this item. First, when I took off an old cap, the top just broke off, which was actually quite handy because I was able to get a good picture and show how they're made. As can be seen, they have a rubber seal. They are hard plastic, which means no metal corrosion, but they weren't very long on the stem so approximately half of the thread was left exposed. But since it had the rubber seal, that didn't result in a air leak issue.In comparison, these CKAuto stems ALSO have a rubber seal. It's hard to see, but there's a slightly raised black rubber ring inside. They do NOT have a raised inner ring like the Volvo part, but I have doubts that this helped prevent air from leaking. I could be mistaken, though. With the new cap, when I screwed it on, it covered the entire thread area and it snugged down really well. I could tell it was plastic inside as it seemed to seal better than an aluminum cap would.I just got these today, so I will post an update once they've been on my car for a while.

It fit perfectly on my Mom's Ford Edge 2013 and it stopped air from slowly leaking out. Very much needed

They have some girth to them compared to your run of the mill tire caps, along with the eye-catching texture makes it easier to remove when needed.

Purchased the red valve caps and over time the color has faded to a pinkish red. No corrosion issues tho and had them for more than a year so color lasted longer than others on Amazon

Great caps! Made of durable anodized aluminum, no worries about rust. They look good, are super easy to install, and fit almost any vehicle. Definitely worth the price!

If you have aftermarket, or even stock rims that are pretty nice, these are a vast improvement for a cheap price to make your tires and wheels look much better.

Noticed I was missing a cap and wanted an all black option to make my car look JUST a teensy bit meaner. They fit perfectly and don’t break the bank!!
