Review: Wonderful product and company! - The alarm for the chair has been a wonderful relief for me as a full time caretaker. The cord is fairly long and the tone can be heard for a distance. It is easy to install and use. When the connector broke, the company responded and solved the issue. Thank you for a great product and excellent customer service.

Bought this for my grandma with dementia. She prefers to sleep in the recliner and I couldn’t sleep well at night because I was always worried she would be wandering around the house lost if she woke up in the middle of the night. This chair alarm has allowed me to finally get some sleep without worry. The are 4 settings. Low music, high music, low alarm, and high alarm. Trust me when I say the high alarm is loud! I also added some door knob protectors to all the doors leading to the outside. Between the two I’ve been able to sleep at night without worrying
