Best value for the money
I have used these thermostats for years. Very consistent app platform. English speaking tech support located in the United States. Very user friendly

Thermostat good, app not so much
Thermostat has been working fine. App though and internet data not so good. Ambient temperature data always reads the same number. Oddly the ambient temperature always reads the precision setting. After a power failure internet connection takes several hours to reconnect.

Wanted to love it.
Easy to install but constantly drops wifi and every single time it does, my AC stops working. And of course we narrowed it down AFTER the whole 30 day return window.

Buy from home depot
These are $99 at home depot. Dont overpay for these off amazon. I have them. No complaints so far. Needs a common wire if you dont want to change batteries. Batteries last a while in these if you set it and forgot it. App lets you monitor and change temps remotely

My AC/Furnace Run Too Often (Terrible Cycle Rates)
Even with the cycle rates at SLOW, my furnace and A/C run too often (i.e. turn on and off very frequently). After I spoke with Sensi, I have found out even their SLOW setting has only +/- 0.5 degree swings w.r.t a set temperature. This is insane. Most of thermostats (e.g. Google Nest) have at least +/- 0.75 degrees swing, but this Sensi doesn't. It will reduce your furnace and A/C's durability because they turn of and off too frequently. Hello, Sensi, please let home owners set the cycle rate slower than now. We need at least a +/-0.75 degrees' swing w.r.t. a set temperature. A $100 thermostat can break my $5,000 A/C or furnace :-\

Awful
Compressor cycles too often even at low cph setting. Cannot do geolocation AND run a schedule at the same time. Also, geolocation works only outside a 3 mile radius. Unadjustable below 3 miles. Horrible thermostat.
