Apple iPhone 13, 128GB, Starlight - (Renewed)

I bought an iPhone 13 in Excellent condition. It certainly is. No marks or scratches to be found. The battery is at 86%. Also included was a UK usb a and usb c charger. A charging cable and a screen protector. This was supplied by Sandox Ltd through Amazon renewed. I would recommend this service.

The phone itself is in a better than Excellent condition according to the Amazon rating system as all cosmetics and functions are nearly as new condition. The bonus, the battery health is at 92% charging capacity. The seller has a 30 day return policy for exchange or refund as long as you contact them first. The phone does come with a renewed 12 month warranty covering manufacture defects and a three month warranty for the battery. The value for money is excellent considering there are other entities that sell renewed/refurbished phones for similar pricing but with only a one month warranty policy and of course no Amazon assistance if needed.

Amazing quality! No scratches on phone. It does take a while to update but that’s what you’d expect from an iPhone 13. Excellent transfer from devices, but may need prompting with updates. Doesn’t say about a charger but no complaint. Size is well advertised, saying the truth in measurement. Would buy again.

Upd:After customer service approved return and seller received iphone back, I received message: “ We have received this item back and this device has severe damage to the screen as well as the screen completely detached from its body, I have attached photos for con-firmation. Due to the damage caused to the device, we would not be able to accept this return and are now required to return the item to you. I apologise if this is not what you wanted to hear.” Nonsense. Screen detached after 3 months. Non-genuine battery. Seller refused refund. The phone looked fine on arrival. However, from day one, iOS showed a warning that the battery could not be verified as genuine — no battery health percentage was ever displayed. I didn’t fully understand what this meant at the time. Three months later, the screen detached completely while my daughter was at school — no drop, no impact, just taken out of a pocket. The screen fell off and cracked at the corners, making the phone unusable. Once the screen came off, the non-genuine battery was clearly visible inside. I contacted the seller requesting a refund. They refused and offered only a repair — for a phone that was sold with undisclosed non-genuine parts and an improperly secured screen. This device was not properly refurbished. It was not as described. I would not recommend purchasing renewed devices from this seller.

Bought this for a friend, she needed another phone. It looks new, works well and it was reasonably priced.

I ordered this phone for my granddaughters birthday as her first 'big girl' phones. The phone arrived via Royal mail a day before the predicted date and is in excellent condition. Not a scratch or mark on it. I briefly charged it to make sure it was working and all seems fine. I was really pleased to receive a case as well which was a pleasant bonus. I would definitely recommend this company.

We have bought 3 of these over the last 18 months as we have upgraded the family’s phones one by one, and have been delighted with them. They have looked as good as new - we went for the best condition option - and great peace of mind with the 12 month warranty. One phone had to be returned twice due to a battery issue, then a loose screen. On both occasions the phone was sent & returned by Saisales in under 5 days, & communication was excellent. For each communication, they got back to us in a couple of hours. Seems better service than buying a new phone! We are about to buy a 4th.

Ho acquistato un iPhone 13 ricondizionato “come nuovo” e devo dire che sono rimasta davvero sorpresa dalla qualità del prodotto. Esteticamente è bellissimo: arrivato perfettamente pulito, senza graffi né segni di usura, tanto che sembra davvero non essere mai stato usato. Il telefono funziona in modo impeccabile: è fluido, veloce e reattivo in ogni operazione. La batteria ha ottime prestazioni e garantisce una buona autonomia durante la giornata, proprio come ci si aspetta da un iPhone di questo livello. Anche il display è perfetto, luminoso e senza alcun difetto visibile. La qualità delle foto e dei video è eccellente, come da standard Apple, e tutte le funzioni risultano pienamente operative. È stato consegnato ben imballato e pronto all’uso, cosa che dà subito una sensazione di affidabilità e cura. Sono molto soddisfatta dell’acquisto perché permette di avere un iPhone praticamente nuovo a un prezzo più conveniente rispetto al prodotto nuovo.
