Nice deer hunting knife
Functional design for field dressing Wyoming Whitetails and Mule deer. Can't wait to try it out. Also an attractive knife and sheath. All at a very good price.

Good stout inexpensive camp/hunting knife, cheesy scabbard
A decent size knife for carry. Not a ridiculously huge “tenderfoot” type knife. Delivered reasonably sharp, I will hone the edge a little with a crock stick. Full tang construction. The handle provides good grip and is nice looking for imitation stag. The lanyard hole is a nice touch. Pictured with my Swiss Army “Climber” for a sense of the knife’s size. The nylon cloth scabbard is utilitarian but doesn’t do the knife justice. It looks embarrassingly cheesy and the fabric retention strap is so tight it’s almost impossible to snap. The gut hook on the knife blade hangs in the retention strap of the scabbard and the strap will probably eventually get cut by it. The retention strap will be easy enough to replace with a leather one that’s thicker, though. My knife is marked “WESTERN” on the blade and nowhere on the knife or package is the country of origin mentioned. I believe it was made in the Orient. For around $20 I consider this a good buy.
