Koolatron 70102 Power Cord Kit For Koolatron Thermoelectric Coolers

Didn't use our cooler for years and lost the power cords. This worked great when we had to take a long trip recently. Perfect fit for our 20 year old cooler.

I've had my Koolatron cooler for like 10 years and I accidentally broke the 12V plug. I bought this to replace it. It worked great. My cooler still works after all these years and I use it when I am camping or traveling. I rarely need a fridge but I do like having "cool" drinks on a hot day.

Great product

We bought our Koolatron in the 90’s of the last century. Through four children, innumerable trips and camping trips over those almost 40 years, the cord was the only thing that ever failed. And, it was strictly the amount of use and occasional abuse that caused the problem, not the product. For instance, my son discovered, after a few cold ones, it was a really good idea to unplug the Koolatron from the lighter socket before taking it fireside to share the rest of the cold ones around the campfire. Thankfully on that occasion, the cord gave up before it had disastrous effects on the cooler power assembly. This is our third cord, an average of one every 13 years despite rough handling.
