This "Nui Nutra TUDCA Supplement | 250mg | 45 Capsules | Tauroursodeoxycholic Acid - Liver and Bile Flow Support | Promotes Wellness in Gut & Kidneys | Digestion Support " is important as a bile salt to one's body. Without a gallbladder, I struggle with digestive issues. Tudca helps me digest fats in my foods with the extra bile salt. It's also good for many other reasons, too, and I suggest you read up on it. This brand offers 250 mg per dose, and it goes down easy and plays nice with my stomach.(Helpful? I hope so. Let me know.)

I'm not sure if it's me or the product. I take another brand of TUDCA, and really like it. I tried this for a couple of days and had a spike in migraines. I can't say that this is the cause. But I took a few days to wait and tried it again, and had another 'sick' feeling. I am not sure that this product is the issue. I have sensitivities and have been under a lot of stress this month so I am just going to wait and try it again.I definitely have had issues with digestion and processing fats. I will update this review when I am able to try this product again. It should work as well as the other brand.4 stars for now.

Not sure what to expect

This is one of my favorite supplements for liver health. This Nui Nutra version provides a nice dose of TUDCA--something I take daily with Milk Thistle and Taurine for liver health. Everything about this signifies quality, from the packaging, to the easy to swallow medium-sized capsule that show consistent color and fill. And what's more important is that Nui Nutra brand supplements are lab tested backed by verifiable COAs (of which I've reviewed several personally). Their customer service was also incredible. This is top quality TUDCA and I would definitely recommend using the Nui Nutra brand for this and other supplements.

This TUDCA supplement seems to help with digestion. There are lots of touted benefits of taking TUDCA such as reducing bile sludge, improving gut health, digestion, boost vitamin absorption for fat-soluble vitamins, improve retinal health, and more. It's hard to notice a difference with all those things, but it does seem to help with digestion, and it's good knowing that this can help improve gallbladder function. Haven't noticed an side effects when taking this. Seems to be pretty good.

Tudca is a bile acid that has multiple benefits, including promoting liver health, but it also may have neurological and other benefits. I have taken tudca regularly since reading about some of the liver benefits.This seems like real tudca since it tastes bitter. The brand claims adequate quality control, but their website doesn't have a lot of information. I prefer supplement companies with more information available.Overall, this seems like a good tudca product.

Time will tell how effective this is, but taking the label at face value, this hits all the right marks.When tasted, this is bitter as you'd expect from real TUDCA. Compared to competing products, this has many unnecessary fillers like "Pure Olive Oil"...Why exactly is this even necessary?You get 45 caps at 250 mg each. This is a little pricey compared to competing products, so again, time will tell how good this is. So far, no complaints. Any issues and I'll be sure to update my review.

This is decent if you really don’t want to go through the trouble of capping your own from powder but even then a bit pricey.
