Evil Emperor Penguin: Antics in Antarctica

My son loves it! Lots of words compared to other comic book style books so it takes him longer to read which is great!

We were immediately drawn to this book because my daughter loves Rainbow Grey and Amelia Fang by this author.My daughter picked this up as soon as it arrjved and read it from cover to cover! She loved it! She doesn’t read that many graphic novels so this made a nice change. The comic illustrations are superb and it is such a fun story!Here is my daughter's review:I really liked the grey cat with the top hat and Eugeene. Eugeene was my favourite because when the evil Emperor penguin made evil inventions he made them ok.My favourite part of the story was when the Peguin made a laser cannon and Eugeene made it shoot rainbows instead of lasers.I liked the short chapters. I thought it was very funny. I would definitely recommend this book. I loved it!

Packed to the brim with dastardly plans and hilarious mishaps! This new edition is a must for comic fans!! (Plus, it has a wonderful dedication! 🤗)

Children loved the book.

This was a big hit with my mine year old son at Christmas. I was very pleasantly surprised to see him eagerly curling up with this book when we'd thought he was lost to the world of Nintendo for the rest of the school holiday.
