How much weight can these buckles support?

The power they support depends on the environment in which they are used. I'm afraid you can't use them to support a considerable amount of power. After all, they're made of nylon. But I believe that there is no problem in daily life and work use. We haven't received any bad comments on this product for a long time. Have a good life

Would these work on a 1 1/4” strap?

NO.. These are 1 inch buckles for 1 inch straps.. Each buckle is made to fit the same size Strap: 1 inch buckle, 1 inch strap. If you want to use a 1 1/4 inch strap you will need to use a 1 1/4 inch buckle.

Would these be good for dog collar buckles?

The buckles have a strong positive connection . I can't imagine why it would not make a good dog collar buckle.

Will these fit a overall strap?? Both of the clips on my insulated overall have broken.

Of course, it can be used as long as your strap width allows.
