We have the circular Bibs “classic” pacifier, but found that the shield gets in the way of our baby’s nose so we decided to try this one. To be honest, my baby is not picky when it comes to pacifiers and as expected this one was just fine too. He likes it, it doesn’t interfere with his nose, and it’s easy to write on with a permanent marker to meet our daycare’s labeling requirements.Note that “natural rubber” is another word for rubber latex, so you may want to opt for the silicone if you’re concerned about allergies. Supposedly the rubber is less durable with repeated sterilizations, but I haven’t noticed any major concerns with our other Bibs pacifiers. Finally, you might notice some water gets inside the nipple when cleaning: This is because there’s a hole to allow air to escape (otherwise it would get punctured when baby sucks in it). As far as I can tell it doesn’t come into contact with baby, but I always make sure it’s dry before using it.
