What is the difference between 120G and 125G paper?

You use the heavier weight for highly color saturated sumlimation projects. Less weight for lighter sublimation. Lightest is 105g.

In sawgrass virtuosos print manager what is the best configuration on the paper option to put in ?

The paper is good.I love the paper.I just use the 8 x 11

Not sure, never tried it. But seems like it would. Best to try a test with it

Will it work for Epson et-8550?

It will work in any printer that has refillable ink reservoirs. You fill the reservoirs with sublimation ink, not regular ink. I use an Epstein ET-2850 with very good results.
