I replaced the chain with another that I already had cause the chain it comes on looks so cheap to me.

I was so excited to receive this with my granddaughter’s name but disappointed in its size. I knew it would not be large but expected it to be at least twice (or more) the size it actually is. Perhaps I didn’t read the description well enough or maybe because her name is only 4 letters, regardless, disappointing. The metal itself does not look like a sterling finish but rather a stamped metal of some sort. The design itself is good and the letters are clear. Just looks like something for a child or young teen. The chain is quite thin so I replaced it with one of my own. Will be keeping it as I don’t hate it but will look for something more substantial later. If you want something very dainty and minimal, you will like it. I do appreciate the sellers promptness in shipping.

This jewelry is cheap and not at all what the picture they show represents. I feel ripped off and deceived by this seller. This is clearly not the same material. I want to return it for quality issues but they refuse saying it’s out of the return window. Way to stand by your merchandise huh? I would not recommend this seller at all

Such a unique and cute nameplate necklace. A little different from others on the market. Not a huge pendant, but a nice weight, for what it is.

Super fast shipping, lovely gift box. The engraved piece is very hardy given how delicate it is. One criticism, which happens generally with jewelry like this: The chain is so fine that the clasp/ring enclosure for the chain is heavier and therefore migrates to the front-- so you have to move it back throughout the day. This is a necessary evil when dealing with such delicate (and lovely) jewelry, however. This could be fixed by literally attaching the pendant to one link in the chain, however, the jumpring used on the pendant is too thick to do that. BUT a thicker jumpring also means it's a sturdy construction. All that to say-- I LOVE my necklace, wear it every day, shower in it sleep in it, etc. It's a great piece. Highly recommend.

I was looking for something small yet sturdy. I got exactly that! Small and feminine, yet I don't feel like it's going to break. I will be ordering more!

This was a Christmas gift for my niece because, as her name is not common, she can never find anything with her name on it - not a mug, keychain, license plate souvenir, etc. It was nice to give her a personalized gift, something that she can't find "on the rack".One negative for me is that the piece is very flat; the metal is quite thin. The lighting/shading/shadowing in the picture make the piece look thicker, having more dimension than it actually does. Still, it was nice to give a gift that was unique and special.
