GU Stroopwafels

Wonderful flavors, melts quickly, lots of energy and added caffeine and BCAA

I recently tried the GU Energy Stroopwafel Sports Nutrition Waffle in assorted flavors, and it's safe to say I'm hooked. The variety of flavors provided a delightful surprise, making each pre-workout session a tasty adventure. Not only are these waffles a treat for the taste buds, but they also delivered a substantial boost of energy without causing any cramps – a game-changer in my book. Among the assorted flavors, the honey flavor stood out as a personal favorite, offering a perfect balance of sweetness. I appreciated how these waffles served as an excellent pre-workout meal, providing sustained energy for my workouts. Without a doubt, I'll be picking up more of these GU Energy Stroopwafels for my future workouts. Highly recommended for those looking to combine a delicious snack with a performance boost!

Not as sweet as you will probably be expecting, but filling. Goes well with coffee, a little too dry without. Very thin.

Solid option fueling long distance. I recently used these to supplement my nutrition during an 40mile trail ultramarathon. They taste good for what they are (essentially a nutritional supplement). I have had all the flavors and no complaints about any of them. If you have had a similar product in the past you will know what to expect. I also consumed these during long training runs to make sure I could take them during my races. I would highly encourage others to do the same and try out nutrition before the big race. I enjoyed these and wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

East make for fantastic breakfast snack lunch anything lunch anything

I liked these so much I bought a stroop waffle maker to make my own. Great for snacks when out hiking or pre-ride/run morning snack. I never like eating full meal before morning run, and this does the trick of keeping me from starving, but not making me uncomfortable while eating. Will note they are semi-fragile, so not something you want to throw in a backpacking back without contemplating what will "crunch" them. Though, even when crunched, they are just as delicious! :)

I use these for hiking snacks, as an alternative to energy gels. They are more satisfying and lasting than gels, though not as quick energy. I wish they were a little thicker. The caramel, blueberry, and coffee flavors were good. The chocolate flavor was so foul and awful tasting that I threw them away.
