Love the smell , an when need to during the night upon returning to bed after visiting the ladies room , I rub near my nostrils the sent balm to help send me off to dream land Yes works for me.

I got a sample of this from somewhere (not a lot) but thought I’d give it a go. Well, whether it’s placebo or not I definitely seem to be sleeping better. The scent is amazing and seems to last longer than some others I’ve bought. Putting the product on your temples and wrists means you get that bubble of aroma around you helping you to drop off. Not sure about the cardboard outer but this is definitely worth a buy and the bundle is great value for money. Warning - Does not cure snoring - Does nor cure snoring (my wife tells me)

The scentered sleep well balm is honestly one of the best smelling sleep products out there and I genuinely is very calming and soothing. I don’t think it actually helps with sleep but it really does help to relax before bed. I apply it to the temples, wrists and neck each night. This is also one of my mum’s favourite sleep products so she was very chuffed when I gave her one of the full sized and travel sized. This is a brilliant present, with recyclable packaging and an excellent quality product. Definitely worth the price.

Thinking back to the product picture when my order arrived, I wondered if I had been sent only part of the set, it had looked a lot bigger. But no, this tiny box was the complete thing, and the images in the product listing where of the products, plus packaging and has also been cleverly photographed to give no idea of scale. What you actually get are two "full size" balms which are a paltry 5g - so a lip balm size, or basically a teaspoon of product - and two "travel" balms which are a miniscule 1.5g each, and a lot of packaging. Okay, it's recyclable, but still wasteful, so a star 🌟 is deducted for that as well as one for the tiny sizes. The products themselves smell amazing, warm and spicy undertones to the lavender. Do they make my sleep better? Doubtful, but they make the sleep environment more pleasant. At £33 for the set though, this is terribly expensive and poor value for money even for a quality product so another star 🌟 lost.

I’ve had scented candles from this brand before that were absolutely gorgeous so I know it’s a quality brand but it’s also a touch pricier than other brands too! In this simple no-fuss brown box you get two 5g balm sticks that twist up and down like a lipstick and two teeny 1.5g sticks to keep in a pocket or for travel which also twist up and down. The directions suggest you apply liberally to wrists, temples and neck and inhale deeply to help you de-stress and drift off to sleep. It smells amazing that’s for sure, and Lavender’s well known for helping you sleep. I’m also already a big fan of Ylang Ylang which is very calming and relaxing. These contain a whole lot more besides- Palmarosa, Chamomile, Ho Wood, Geranium, Patchouli, Clove, and Bois de Rose … It’s a potent mix, and smells great, definitely calming and relaxing. I’m very lucky in not ever having a problem sleeping but I’m intending to keep this at work with me to use on particularly stressful days, for the de-stressing effect as opposed to needing to sleep, because if you take out a few minutes to just sit quietly and deeply inhale this blend it really does make you feel calmer. i got these as i love aromatherapy and lavender as it helps me relax, they came all nice together they all smell amazing great to help you chill or sleep, its a great set and good value for the amount you get. i love the little travel ones to take with me anywhere.

I use this every night just before I go to bed ... there is something in the fragrance that lets me fall asleep quickly and soundly ... I never let myself run out. It is amazing!

I love the balms from Scentered but the Sleep Well is the best for my erratic sleeping and gives me a calm sleep for most of the night now
