Good for early catch, comb is great, the home treatment spray works well but we had to replace the sprayer, it was awful.

You use a spray bottle on dry hair instead of shampooing with the nix shampoo. I like this a lot better than how it used to be. You used to have to shampoo with their wash and then pick through the hair with the formula on. But with this you just spray the scalp amd root of the hair while it's dry. My daughter's hair was to her butt. Obviously I had to cut it because I couldn't comb through that much. So I cut it to her mid shoulders. Then I sectioned her hair and very slowly and methodically took out small parts, sprayed them, and ran the comb through. Then I let it dry and went through it again to pick out the remaining nits. There is a big spray bottle to spray your mattresses with. I sprayed the beds, couches, bean bag chairs, hammocks, brushes, carpet, and giant stuffed animals. I put the stuffed animals in plastic bags to sit in the sun for 72 hours.This is the 2nd time my daughter has gotten lice and this kit made it so much easier.

I had lice as a kid and it took forever to kill them. My daughter got lice for the first time and in a weekend this stuff killed all the bugs. I found none alive. Must make sure scalp and every strand is wet. I pray I never have to purchase again. Great product!!
