The stripe pattern is growing on me after making my 3rd or so blanket for rescue dogs
Orange review The orange stripe wowed me. These are not at all any of my favorite colors but I love the look of the blanket it made is is so quintessential fall, retro colors and mid century modern nod that I can not help but adora it. Genuinely like and find this yard easy to work with! Purple Update The purple stripe is a pretty color. I found my way with working with the stripe colorway a second time to getting a nice length of color, thickness of stripes and nice looking trim with the purple and grey blanket. Very soft to use, love the texture and one skein is perfect for a blanket for small to medium rescue dogs. Original review I did not like this stripe as much as I have liked some of the ombre color ways that I have used. The one that I used that was stunning goes from like a vanilla to a sea blue. I really like the transition of colors of that yarn more so than in this specific color. I do think that when finished it did look nice. However, the transition was a bit more stark than another yarn that I have used from this collection. I found the yarn easy to work with. I liked the size blanket that I was able to create with a 12 MM acrylic hook. One skein completed a nice generous size blanket for a small to medium shelter dog up for adoption. The yarn is incredibly soft. I find it easy to work with and texture wise pleasant. The care instructions for it once crafted into something is to wash on a delicate cycle and either dry on low heat or air dry. When I was tightening the knot at the end of the blanket after finishing crocheting, it did break off/ split yarn in half. I think I was pulling extremely hard as well. So just be aware of that would be my recommendation.

High quality yarn. Definitely recommend.
This is the only yarn that I use. It is becoming increasingly hard to find and more and more expensive. It is unbelievably soft and easy to work with. I am rather disgusted that I have to buy them in packs of two as some of my projects only require three skeins and I am forced to buy two packages of two if I want three skeins.

Soft & easy to use
I love Bernat blanket yarn. I have made more than 20 baby blankets with this yarn & it is so easy to use, so soft. This color was so pretty & soft. Baby's mom used it right in hospital!

Super soft even after washing
I love this yarn. It is so soft. The only thing I didnt like is how harsh the color change is in the middle of the roll. (It goes from dark straight to light) but I rewound then and made it so that they fade in and out. On a side note im really happy how my blanket turned out (I only tore it out and restarted like 13 times.....one of which i was almost done but decided I could do better and then changed the whole pattern. I ended up doing a single crochet star blanket in the end)

The bet yarn
Benat is just the best chenille yarn. Reliably as advertised, few knots and great colors.

Very pretty. Love this yarn
I was having trouble finding yarn for a blanket and hope this would be a good color. It definitely is.
