Item Parts Hard to read, photos to help.
I purchased this item direct from ab coaster. The nuts and bolts came in a package that faded, so it took a bit to decipher what each part was and where it belonged. Once I put it together, it worked like a charm. I am starting off with a couple sets in the morning and a couple sets at night. I plan to add pictures of the parts with labels to help anyone else in the future. The trick to start is hold onto the bar before you climb on, and when you climb don't let the seat go backward- hold it steady, then begin!
