The product look like used product with dark spots on the foam roller, a small dented on one of the side of the product.Disappointed with the product quality and packaging, not even wrap with bubble wrap to protect the product.

I love this foam roller so much. The color is easy on the eyes and it’s firm but not too tough on my muscles. It’s perfect for helping me roll my back and cracking anything that feels tight. It also helps massage my calves after a long day of work. I wish I had bought this so much sooner and recommend to anyone else doing laboriousJobs or trying to incorporate more wellness and self care into their routine! :)

I bought it to massage my back, lower back as well as middle back, and it serves its purpose better than a tennis ball massage. Note that you need to use it symmetrically on both sides of the back - left and right, unlike a tennis ball which can give more pinpoint accuracy. But rolling on it is more balanced and stable. Be careful not to press the vertebrae, though. It feels good for the butts, too. There are different surface patterns to simulate different types of massages, by thumbs, or fingers, or palms, etc., but it doesn't really matter so long as it is not too smooth. It is lightweight and portable, and is made of good quality, durable material. Great buy! I would highly recommend it!
