Review: Fantastic Quality! - These were a perfect addition to a baby shower! The plastic was sturdy and of great quality! You don't feel like they will break or crack at all. I love that they came with spoons; normal-sized spoons would have been too clunky to get food out of these. The spoons were sturdy and thick, so they could withstand some pressure if you had denser food in the cups (like frozen ice cream). I almost wish I had saved the cups to reuse them; they would have held up through a few parties! The pricing, quality, and ability to stack and store make it such an easy purchase for any future events. Also, to save you some time, to fill the 30 pack a little halfway, it took (3) 32 oz of yogurt :)

And the cup is the perfect one-serving size.
