Asking again, What size head does it fit. Usually the ones labeled kids are under 20". I am looking for one to fit a large kids head, 22.5".

Title says it is for ages 2-7 but description says 2-4. I am wanting for a just turned 6 year old boy, small head, fit with room to grow? Thank you
